27-year-old man arrested for three murders in Jackson

Jackson police have arrested a suspect in connection with three murders. The agency’s action team took Jimil Tarvin into custody Friday evening around 9:30 p.m. Tarvin had an additional arrest warrant for shooting into an occupied vehicle. Jackson Detectives said the 27-year-old will be charged with the murders of Travis Burrell, Jamie Hoard and Nicole Garret. This is an ongoing investigation. Jackson police have arrested a suspect in connection with three murders.
