Devonte Flint pleaded guilty Friday to driving under the influence causing death and aggravated reckless driving. A judge sentenced him to a maximum sentence of 14 years for the aggravated drunken driving charge and three years for the aggravated reckless driving charge. Jackson, 43, died at a local hospital and two children in the vehicle, including a then 3-year-old girl, were injured. In May 2021, Winnebago County Prosecutor J. He was sentenced to two six-year prison sentences for the drug offenses and one six-year prison sentence for the weapons offenses, which will be served concurrently with his other sentences.
