On camera: Masked man beats woman unconscious with belt in New York, drags body between cars to rape her

In a sickening incident, a masked attacker strangled an unconscious woman with a belt on a New York street before dragging her between two cars where he allegedly raped her.

Video of the horrific attack, which has gone viral, shows the man following the woman as she walks along the sidewalk. Within seconds, he swings a belt, wraps it around her neck, chokes her and quickly drags her to the ground, rendering her unconscious.
