Two people, including an 11-year-old child, are injured in a Russian night attack on civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv

Governor Oleh Syniehubov said the Russian military launched a rocket attack on Kharkiv, wounding an 11-year-old child and a 72-year-old woman.

According to Syniehubov, the Russian attack damaged twelve houses in Kharkiv and injured two people. “Both respond acutely to stress,” the governor said.

A Russian missile hit a private sector in the north of the city of Kharkiv. According to Kharkiv police, three private houses burned.

Around 3 a.m., Russia also shelled the village of Lyptsi in Kharkiv district, wounding a 62-year-old woman and damaging a house.

According to the governor, Russian troops attacked 20 settlements in the oblast last day.

In Kupyansk, a 51-year-old man was killed and a 49-year-old woman was injured by Russian shelling.

The governor also reported that the Ukrainian military repelled 13 attacks in the Kupiansk sector over the past day, including in Petropavlivka, Synkivka and Berestove in Kharkiv Oblast.
