MJF “attacked” by fan at Dynamite

MJF was attacked by a fan this week at AEW Dynamite… admittedly, the “attacker” was only seven years old. As he and opponent Will Ospreay were brawling in the crowd, Ospreay prompted a young female fan to punch MJF, prompting him to give him the middle finger.

The girl’s father proudly posted an alternative perspective on the “attack” on social media:

MJF won the match against Ospreay in the final seconds before the 60-minute time limit expired. This makes MJF the new AEW International Champion.

MJF interacts with young fans

This is not the first time Maxwell has interacted with a young fan during one of his games. His now infamous “water throwing incident” of AEW Reigns 2023 brought him coverage in media such as TMZ.

Tony Khan addressed the incident later that evening during the post-PPV media meet-up.

“We had a serious conversation and I mean that. This is not to be taken lightly. The young man, Titus, was a true professional. We will see Titus again here at AEW. I think Titus is actually coming to Sacramento. I was just with him and he was a real champion. The champion didn’t act like a champion there, but I think Titus was great.”
