Irv Gotti sued in Miami court for alleged sexual assault and rape

Irv Gotti is facing charges in a Miami court for allegedly committing sexual assault and abuse over the course of two years.

According to a complaint filed HipHopDXa woman identified only as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade on July 11 accusing Gotti (real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo) of sexually assaulting and abusing her on multiple occasions between 2020 and 2022 in Saint Martin, Miami and Atlanta.

The lawsuit seeks a jury trial.

Among other things, Doe claims that Gotti forced her to have sex with him as soon as they arrived in Saint Martin in 2020 – a trip they took shortly after a poker tournament. He threatened to send her home if she didn’t, and “due to his power and influence in the music world, she complied with his request,” the lawsuit states.

They then reportedly began dating for two years, during which Doe “suffered constant abuse.” During the separation, the lawsuit says, Gotti defamed her in his “vast social network in and around Los Angeles,” making her afraid to leave her home.

“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, the plaintiff suffered severe emotional and psychological harm that required her to be hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital,” the lawsuit states. “These injuries continue and affect the plaintiff to this day.”

50 Cent was quick to share the news about his longtime nemesis on Instagram. Sharing a screenshot of the report on Tuesday (July 16), Fif included a summary of the situation, adding, “Oh no (eyes wide open emoji). Legal fees are gonna bust his ass he ain’t got no money. Oh well that’s all folks.”

50 Cent never misses an opportunity to make fun of Irv Gotti. In 2023, the G-Unit mogul poked fun at Irv when it was announced that Nelly and Ashanti might be “back together” after so many years apart.

50 shared a video of the couple sharing a steamy moment on stage at Tao Beach in Las Vegas in an Instagram post, alongside a picture of Irv looking a little worn out – suggesting the Murder Inc. co-founder was shocked by the romantic reunion.

“Man, someone needs to check on Irv Gotti ASAP!” he wrote under the photo. “I know he’s going through a rough time right now.”

“HE’LL BE OKAY (laughing emojis),” he wrote in the caption. “I was in love with her and she just showed up with Nelly. LOL.”

50 Cent and Irv Gotti have been at loggerheads since 1999, after Irv’s longtime friend and artist Ja Rule was allegedly robbed of his necklace at gunpoint by an accomplice of 50 Cent while filming a music video in Southside Jamaica, Queens.

“Yes, I saw myself in a club with the boy who robbed him,” Fif claimed in his 2005 biography. From piece to weight“I went to Ja to ask him, ‘What’s going on?’ and he acted like he had a problem with me. But I’m not the one who robbed him.”

Ja Rule has since confirmed that the robbery took place, but denies ever seeing 50 Cent with the robber.
