New Delhi, July 16 (PTI) – Police have arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of raping a minor six years ago, officials said on Tuesday.

“Pawan Kumar evaded arrest after the crime and went into hiding in UP,” police said.

Kumar is alleged to have raped a minor in Shahdara in 2018. He was declared the perpetrator on October 14, 2022, police said.
