Kwara pastor “rapes” three minors

Prophet Olayinka Ajiboye, 45, in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, has been arrested for allegedly insulting three minors.

The Kwara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), which arrested Ajiboye, said the incident occurred in Agah, Ilorin South Local Government Area of ​​the state.

The victims are said to have been between the ages of 13 and 17.

The state NSCDC spokesperson, Ayoola Michael, said the suspect specialized in molestation and sexual harassment of minors and was under the watch of the command following several complaints about his activities.

“The investigation revealed that the suspect is the general overseer of the Ministry of Prayer in the Divine Land of Joy based in Agah and that he sexually assaulted several members of the church, as reported by the victims.”

The NSCDC said one of the victims, Joy Godfrey, said the suspect lured her to an unknown house in Sango and sexually assaulted her.

“He also forced her to swear by the Bible and instructed her not to discuss the incident with anyone, threatening her with dire consequences if she dared to speak about it.

“The second victim who suffered similar abuse (name withheld) also admitted that the suspect began having sexual relations with her when she was 16 years old (16).

“She further disclosed that the suspect had impregnated the baby and given her drugs to abort it, which caused severe bleeding that lasted for several months.” The suspect threatened to kill her if she revealed their illicit relationship to anyone.” , he said

Ayoola said: “According to the third victim (Name-Withheld), who is also a member of the church, the suspect violated her when she was 13 years old but she could not report to her mother because he threatened that she would die if she revealed him to anyone.”

He said the suspect confessed to the crime and attributed it to the work of the devil.
