Ajmer: A 14-year-old girl from Roopangarh in Ajmer district confessed to being raped by three youths after she was admitted to hospital for abdominal pain and was found to be pregnant. The victim’s father filed a complaint against the accused at Roopangarh police station on Wednesday. The girl’s father stated in his complaint that his daughter had been complaining of abdominal pain for the past few days. When he took her to Roopangarh government hospital, doctors found that she was two months pregnant. When her mother later asked her about it at home, the daughter admitted that three youths from the city raped her and then threatened to kill her family if she spoke about the incident. The police have registered a case and are looking for the accused. tnn
