Chambersburg Police seek information on hit-and-run incident

Chambersburg Police are asking for the public’s help following a hit-and-run accident on June 25, 2024. The incident occurred in front of the Burger King at 1066 Lincoln Way East.

According to the police report, the vehicle involved was a newer model white Chevrolet Equinox or a similar vehicle type. It was driven by a white male and had significant damage to the front passenger side fender.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the vehicle or the incident to come forward. Witnesses or anyone with relevant information are asked to contact Chambersburg police at 717-264-4131. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Crimewatch website.
