FBI asks for help in identifying man connected to child sexual exploitation investigation

WICHITA, Kansas (KWCH) – The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who may be connected to a sexual exploitation investigation.

The agency said the man, identified as John Doe, 48, may have important information regarding the identity of a minor victim involved in the investigation.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children first captured video of John Doe 48 in December 2023. EXIF ​​data embedded in the video file indicates that the file was created in October 2023.

John Doe 48 is described as a white male between the ages of 45 and 65. He has dark hair, a gray beard, and a tattoo on each forearm. In the video, John Doe 48 can be seen in the back seat of a Nissan NV Cargo Van (2018-2019) wearing a blue t-shirt and a dark-colored hat. In the video, he can be heard speaking English.
