WorldSprings to bring mineral pools to Houston, state data shows

The spa and wellness center offers guests body treatments, facials and outdoor mineral pools, according to the WorldSprings website.

The first 9-acre, $32 million resort is expected to open near Dallas this month, according to the WorldSprings website.

The pools are based on global destinations known for their mineral waters, such as the Dead Sea and Banjar hot springs in Bali, hence the name WorldSprings, according to the WorldSprings website.

WorldSprings has sections for adults and all ages; children 4 years old or younger are not allowed in the mineral pools, the website states.

The estimated cost of the new 44,000 square foot spa complex is $40 million.

Construction is expected to begin on September 1, 2024 and be completed by November next year.

Representatives for WorldSprings could not be reached for comment at the time of publication.
