Missing Van Buren County man found safe and sound

VAN BUREN COUNTY, Tenn. – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Van Buren County man.

The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are working to locate 78-year-old Richard Jordan, who was last seen Friday, and are hoping for the public’s help. He appears to be suffering from a medical condition.

Jordan is described as being 6’1″ tall, weighing 190 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange polo shirt with blue stripes and gray shorts.

Jordan is said to be driving a silver 2017 Chevrolet Impala with the license plate 0NPQ79.
