Clearfield County man accused of raping mentally disabled teen | WTAJ

IRVONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — A mentally disabled teenager in Clearfield County was forced to have sex to get her computer back, according to state police.

Cory James Kubiak, 55, was charged with rape of a mentally incapacitated person after he was accused of stealing the teen’s Chromebook and demanding sexual favors from him in order to return it, the indictment says.


Kubiak allegedly took the teen’s Chromebook and demanded sexual favors before returning it. The girl told police that Kubiak forced her to fondle his genitals three times while he played with her breasts.

Police noted that the victim told them that Kubiak used a condom from a gold package every time he forced her to have sex.

The victim alleged that Kubiak had sexual intercourse with her several times in April.

Kubiak was charged with multiple counts of rape, negligent assault and aggravated indecent assault. He was taken to the Clearfield County Jail and bail was set at $100,000.
