Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son accused in new lawsuit of sexually abusing and drugging a woman

Sean “Diddy” Combs and his 26-year-old son Christian “King” Combs are named as defendants in a new lawsuit alleging the music mogul’s son sexually assaulted a woman on a yacht in December 2022.

Christian is accused of assault, sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to a lawsuit filed on April 4 and obtained by Rolling Stone. Sean Combs is named in the lawsuit because he chartered the luxury yacht on which the assault allegedly took place.

This complaint is the first charge against Christian in a series of recent sexual assault lawsuits against his father. The Combs family homes in Miami and Los Angeles were also raided last week as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation, with Sean Combs vehemently denying those allegations in statements issued by his attorneys. The recent statement from Sean Combs’ legal team called the raids an “unprecedented ambush” and a “witch hunt.”

The complaint, dated April 4, describes an altercation between Christian and 25-year-old Grace O’Marcaigh, the only stewardess on duty on the yacht. She claims she was forced to perform “oral sex” on Christian after feeling pressured and being forcibly given two shots of tequila. Christian allegedly prevented her from leaving and she says she “quickly suspected the tequila was adulterated.”

O’Marcaigh further claims that Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones – a music producer who filed a separate sex trafficking lawsuit against Sean Combs in February – recorded the argument while Christian groped and kissed her. The lawsuit also includes color photographs showing the bruises she sustained from Christian during the altercation.

O’Marcaigh says she broke free of Combs’s grip when her colleague on board specifically searched for her, as she had been missing for a long time. She remembers complaining to the ship’s captain, but says the incident was not investigated. She believes this is because Sean Combs paid the captain to keep everything secret.

While working for Combs on the yacht, O’Marcaigh also claimed that Combs’ accused drug runner Brendan Paul once told her he was forced to “watch Combs have sex with multiple women.” Paul is the only person arrested in the raids on the Combs family homes. He was charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana. Christian and his older brother Justin Combs were also arrested in the raid on their father’s Los Angeles estate, but were later released.

This latest lawsuit was filed by attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn, who also filed “Lil Rod” Jones’ sex trafficking lawsuit against Sean Combs.

Aaron Dyer, the attorney for Christian and Sean Combs, said in a statement diversity“This is just another indecent and baseless claim from Tyrone Blackburn – just like the one he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still hasn’t served. This lawsuit is full of the same fabricated lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn. This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a ‘pattern of conduct’ of ‘improperly filing cases in federal court to attract media attention, embarrass defendants with offensive allegations, and pressure defendants into a quick settlement,’ and why he was referred to the Southern District of New York Disciplinary Committee. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

Diddy is facing several lawsuits, but the most groundbreaking allegations came when R&B singer Cassie, who dated him for several years, filed suit on November 16. The suit alleged that Diddy was belligerent with her throughout their relationship, describing him as a “serial domestic abuser who regularly punched and kicked Ms. Ventura.” The following day, the two parties reached an amicable settlement.

Another lawsuit filed in December alleged that Diddy raped a 17-year-old girl in 2003. That lawsuit alleged Diddy’s involvement in a “sex trafficking scheme” because the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, accused Combs of flying her from her home in Michigan to New York on a private jet.

Following these allegations, Diddy resigned as chairman of Revolt and his reality show on Hulu was subsequently canceled.
