Power County Sheriff warns residents to avoid areas with ongoing investigation

AMERICAN FALLS – The Power County Sheriff has warned people to avoid an area where an investigation is currently underway.

The sheriff’s office is asking residents to avoid the area from McKinley Street and South Frontage Road down to Neeley Loop Road near American Falls. They are urging residents to lock their doors and stay indoors if they live in the area.

If anyone notices suspicious people or activities, they should call 911 immediately. The sheriff advises not to approach suspicious people.
