Bryan Favela arrested in hospital after accident with stolen vehicle on Highway 10 near Citrus Avenue

FONTANA, CA (May 29, 2024) — Bryan Favela was arrested following a stolen car crash on the 10 Freeway near Citrus Avenue.

According to Fontana police, the accident involving the stolen car occurred on May 24 just after 7:22 p.m. When Fontana police saw a stolen red 2019 Chevy Camaro, they decided to pull the driver over. However, Favela, 24, refused to comply and led police on a chase to the end of town. When he reached Citrus Avenue and the 10 Freeway, Favela crashed into a parked car while crossing the intersection. However, he did not stop there. He fled on foot but did not get far.

After the incident, police took him into custody and took him to the West Valley Detention Center.

It was reportedly not disclosed whether anyone else was injured in the accident.
