Kevin Spacey arrives for his sexual assault trial at Southwark Crown Court in London

Kevin Spacey is facing a civil trial in the UK after being sued by a man who claims he sexually assaulted him.

Spacey denies the claims.

The man claims the attack occurred in August 2008, the civil lawsuit was filed in July 2022 and was paused pending the outcome of last year’s criminal case.

In his criminal trial at London’s Southwark Crown Court, the actor was found not guilty of nine charges, including sexual assaults allegedly committed between 2001 and 2013 and involving four men.
