A suspect has been arrested for an on-camera attack on a woman in the Bronx by restraining her with his belt, dragging her between cars and raping her while she was unconscious

The suspect, identified as Kashaan Parks, was arrested Saturday after he “lassoed” the 45-year-old victim and pushed her to the ground, “causing her to lose consciousness,” according to the New York Post.

Photos released by the NYPD show the face of Parks, who has reportedly been arrested five times, Pix11 reports.

The NYPD said that after the initial attack, in which he wrapped his belt around her and choked her unconscious, Parks “dragged the victim between two cars and sexually assaulted her.”
