Woman arrested and charged with arson in Papi Cuisine firebombing

BALTIMORE – A woman accused of a crime an arson attack A man was arrested at a restaurant in South Baltimore on Thursday, according to Baltimore police.

Sheena Herring, 47, is accused of setting Papi’s Cuisine on fire Monday morning.

Earlier this week, the restaurant’s owner, Alex Perez, told WJZ that firefighters called his business partner around 6:45 a.m. after a fire at his business.

Surveillance footage shows a woman on camera walking between two dumpsters in the alley behind the store at the scene before lighting a fire.

Herring was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility where she was charged with second-degree arson and other related charges.
