On Thursday, May 9, at 10:02 a.m., Michael Judge, 67, of Newport, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer Sullivan on the charge of urinating, defecating, or defecating while intentionally trespassing.

Presumption of Innocence: Individuals arrested, detained, or cited/summoned should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
