Man arrested for sexually assaulting woman in her UCLA dorm

A man was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a UCLA student in her dorm room on campus, authorities said.

The suspect entered the room at the Saxon Residential Suites in the 300 block of De Neve Drive around 2:40 a.m. Friday and allegedly sexually assaulted her in bed, according to a UCLA police statement.

He then left the room in an unknown direction. The woman, a UCLA student, was “medically treated at the scene,” the statement said.
