Man arrested by Lenoir police for methamphetamine possession

Kelvin Anthony Dula, 42, of Lenoir, was arrested by Lenoir police on Wednesday (July 3) on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dula was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center on $20,000 bail. His court appearance was scheduled for July 5.
