Man and woman found dead in Cumberland County home

CROSSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man and woman were found dead in a Cumberland County home Thursday evening, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies and investigators arrived at the home in the Lake Tansi Community around 10:15 p.m. A Lake Tansi security officer was called for a health check at the home on Shoshone Loop Road.

Authorities found an unconscious man and woman, 56-year-old Gary Agopsowicz and Angela Fifelski, both suffering from gunshot wounds.

A medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.

According to the sheriff’s office, there is no danger to the public.
