1 dead weeks after rollover collision on Highway 17A, troopers say

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Nearly two weeks after a single-vehicle crash in Georgetown County, one person has died.

Master Trooper Brandon Bolt said a Honda sedan was traveling south on Highway 17A on April 25 when it left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.


There were two passengers in the limousine, both of whom were injured and taken to a local hospital by emergency medical services. On May 3rd, the passenger died as a result of the accident.
