Visakhapatnam: The Paderu police in ASR district have arrested a man for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor girl. Police said the accused abducted the girl on the night of June 10 when the girl was sleeping at home. He took the girl to an under-construction building and sexually abused her there. TNN
