Man arrested for causing a public nuisance after disturbing incident at Eastview Mall

Officers arrested a Rochester man for public nuisance following a disturbing incident at a Victor store.

Rex Ahrens, 73, of Rochester, was arrested on June 15 for causing a public nuisance at Dick’s House of Sport in Victor.

Ahrens was accused of masturbating in public at the golf hall, which was witnessed by a customer. Officers responded and took him into custody.

Ahrens was issued a uniformed appearance summons and is scheduled to appear before the Victor Town Court at a later date.
