June 16 (UPI) – It has been revealed that Commander Biden, President Joe Biden’s German Shepherd, was involved in an undisclosed biting incident with a US secret service agent.

The conservative activist group Judicial Watch, which targets Democratic politicians with freedom of information requests, received 116 pages of documents from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security describing dog-biting incidents involving Commander.

As UPI previously reported, the German Shepherd was removed from the White House in October after a series of at least 10 biting incidents.

However, an incident on September 12, 2023 was not reported at the time, bringing the number of biting incidents to at least 11. Judicial Watch reported at least 23 biting incidents.

Records show that Biden was walking his dog in Kennedy Garden when a Secret Service agent who approached the president bit his legs and through the front of his jacket. The agent demanded $943 in compensation to buy him a new jacket.

And Secret Service agents expressed frustration that gossip magazine TMZ apparently learned about the Commander’s biting incidents before they did.

“Attention and FYI. TMZ just reported on a dog bite at the White House! Can we please find a way to muzzle this dog,” a Secret Service agent wrote in an email to his colleagues.

Judicial Watch noted that the organization was forced to file suit in federal court to obtain the records after its FOIA requests were ignored.
