Harwood woman killed in four-vehicle crash in Laurel: Prince George police

LAUREL, Md. – Investigators are investigating a fatal four-vehicle crash that occurred Monday in Laurel.

On May 6, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Prince George’s Police officers responded to a report of a four-vehicle collision in the 11200 block of Laurel Bowie Road. They found 28-year-old Stephanie Johnstone, from Harwood, injured in the road. According to police, she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The preliminary investigation revealed that a vehicle entered a curve and collided with another vehicle, causing a chain reaction. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 301-731-4422.
