No serious injuries have been reported in a near head-on collision with a school bus in Marlborough

MARLBOROUGH, NH – The main street in Marlborough, Route 101, was closed at Route 124 this morning due to a reported collision between a school bus and a passenger vehicle.

Marlborough police reported late Wednesday morning that emergency crews had left Route 101 and Route 124 after two near-head-on collisions occurred within a short period of time.

One collision involved a fully loaded school bus, but no serious injuries were reported in any of the collisions. One parent said in a social media post that many students suffered “bumps and bruises.”

Parents were informed about the accidents via email.

According to Marlborough Police, further information will be released as it becomes available. All inquiries regarding students involved should be directed to their respective schools.
