Police investigate gunpoint carjacking in Boston – Boston 25 News

BOSTON – Authorities say an investigation is ongoing after a driver was robbed at gunpoint in Boston on Saturday night.

According to Boston police, officers responding to a report of a car theft in the area of ​​New England and Talbot Avenue at approximately 7:40 p.m. found that a victim’s vehicle had been stolen at gunpoint.

The suspected car thief fled with the stolen vehicle toward Blue Hill Avenue, police added. The vehicle was later found on Glenway Street.

No arrests were made in connection with the incident and it was unclear whether the victim was injured.
