Lilburn police search for shoplifter who struck police officer's vehicle and fled the scene

LILBURN, Ga. – Lilburn police are searching for a shoplifter who struck a police vehicle and fled.

According to police, the incident occurred Friday afternoon at Wal-Mart on Lawrenceville Highway.

Authorities are looking for a 2002 Acura TL with drive-out plates that appears to have moderate to severe front-end damage.

Anyone with information about the man’s identity or whereabouts is asked to contact LPD or call 911.
