Roxbury man arrested for tinted windows after drugs seized during traffic stop

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WWLP) – A Roxbury man was arrested early Friday morning after drugs were seized during a traffic stop.

According to Massachusetts State Police, a white Jeep SUV was stopped for illegal window tinting on Elm Street in North Attleboro around 3:30 a.m.

The vehicle was towed after the officer deemed it unsafe to drive in the dark because the transparency was eight percent, below the legal limit of 35 percent.

After an inventory search, the officers discovered about 360 grams of crack. The driver, a 29-year-old Derrell Graham of Roxbury was arrested and faces multiple charges, including trafficking cocaine and illegal window tinting. Bail is set at $100,000.
