Kanye West vehemently denied the allegations of sexual harassment by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta.

According to a statement from West’s lawyers to Page Six On Tuesday, June 4, the 46-year-old rapper claimed that Pisciotta attempted to “sexually harass him in order to obtain employment and other material benefits” and then allegedly blackmailed him when “her advances were rebuffed.”

“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will file a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” the statement said. “Before she was fired as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cellphone in order to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims. These have all been preserved.”

West claimed that Pisciotta was fired for “lack of qualifications” and “demanding unreasonable amounts of money,” allegedly totaling $4 million in salary, and for “behaving in a lascivious and disorderly manner.”

Even though Hollywood may seem like nothing but glitz and glamour, the industry has experienced a number of scandals over the years. In 2017, the New York Times and the New Yorker first published investigative articles accusing disgruntled film producer Harvey Weinstein of decades of sexual assault and harassment. Shortly thereafter, Weinstein went to court and was (…)

“Pisciotta offered Ye sex on his birthday, which he declined, sent Ye unsolicited nude photos and sexual stories, and was seen twerking in the office during business hours,” West’s lawyers alleged.

West also claimed that Pisciotta attempted to sexually coerce him into paying for some Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and cosmetic surgery. His legal team claimed that Pisciotta’s conduct was “entirely inconsistent with that of an individual who claims to have been sexually harassed or experienced a hostile work environment” and that she sought “material gain, influence and employment through improper means.”

We weekly confirmed on Monday, June 3, that Pisciotta has filed a lawsuit against West for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and a hostile work environment.

Kanye West has been sued multiple times over his school, Donda Academy. In April 2023, it was revealed that plaintiffs Cecilia Hailey and Chekarey Byers had filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court. According to legal documents obtained by Us Weekly, the two claimed that the school failed to acknowledge their complaints after “multiple health and safety complaints (…)”.

In the filing, Pisciotta said she was hired by West to work on his Yeezy clothing line. She was previously an OnlyFans model and claimed she left the platform after West asked her to and promised to double her compensation, which was reportedly $1 million a year. Pisciotta claimed West began sexually harassing her via text messages and phone calls after she left OnlyFans.

“My problem is I want to fuck, but then after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard she got fucked while I fuck her,” one of West’s alleged messages read, according to the filing. “Then I want her to cheat on me.”

She was later promoted to West’s chief of staff and reportedly earned a salary of $4 million. Pisciotta was fired in October 2022 and was offered a $3 million severance package, which she did not receive despite accepting the package.
