Rape: Man arrested for raping 4-year-old girl | Lucknow News

Lucknow: A four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her 31-year-old neighbour in Sushant Golf City area on Sunday, police said. “The accused named Tahir Ali (31), who lives in another room of the same house, has been arrested. He hails from Basti and works as a carpenter,” said ADCP South Shashank Singh. He added that the girl lives in a rented room with her parents. On Sunday afternoon, when her mother went to the toilet, Ali lured the girl on the pretext of giving her toffees and violated her modesty. “When the victim’s mother came out of the toilet, she found the man in an indecent condition. Later, on the complaint of the father, the police registered a case and arrested the accused,” Singh said.
