Caroline Manzo has detailed her allegations of sexual assault against Brandi Glanville following events she says took place during filming The ultimate girls trip from The Real Housewives.

In a signed affidavit filed in connection with her lawsuit against Bravo in January 2024 and obtained by PEOPLE, the Real Housewives of New Jersey The 62-year-old alum claimed Glanville, 51, “forcibly groped my vagina” during her time on the spinoff show while Bravo producers were complacent and filmed the alleged assault. When Bravo investigated the incident, Glanville denied any wrongdoing.

“As Glanville sexually assaulted me on the couch, she rubbed her vagina on me,” Manzo claimed in the affidavit. “The producers just watched and kept filming. They saw that I was in distress, and yet they kept filming.”

The reality star claimed that producers “did not separate Glanville from me” but “continued to give her alcohol” and “allowed” her to follow Manzo into the bathroom, where she was allegedly assaulted a second time, according to the affidavit.

“As I attempted to escape from the bathroom, Glanville threw me against the bathroom door, striking my head, and locked me in the bathroom where she forcibly fondled my vagina against my will,” she alleged in the document, claiming producers “saw me attempting to escape but did not assist.”

“My understanding is that one of the producers tried to open the door to get in because he knew I was being sexually assaulted,” she claimed. “The producers obviously saw me trying to escape from the bathroom, and yet they allowed Glanville to slam my head against the door, lock me in the bathroom and harass me.”

Manzo stated in the affidavit that she believed Glanville “maliciously sexually assaulted me for her own sexual gratification” by “forcibly kissing me, rubbing her vagina against me, and then fondling my vagina against my will.”
