One dead after incident at Mechanicville apartment complex

MECHANICVILLE, NY (NEWS10) — One person is dead following an incident at a Mechanicville apartment complex. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said a 911 call was received for the Malta Pointe Apartments around 6:30 p.m. Friday.

When they arrived at the scene, a man was found dead in the front yard of one of the apartments. The sheriff said there was no danger to the public and suspects were being questioned.

The investigation is ongoing.
