Felony charges filed after vandalism incident on UC Davis campus – Daily Democrat

Late last week, Lysandra Dasilva, 31, and Nathan Orr, 30, of Davis, along with Cheyenne Xiong, 20, of Hayfork, were arrested on suspicion of vandalism following an act of vandalism on the UC Davis campus.

According to a local news release, the Yolo County District Attorney has filed charges against all three, including one count of vandalism and one count of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor. The amended indictment also alleges that the manner in which the crime was committed suggests planning, sophistication or professionalism.

Dasilva and Xiong were also charged with resisting or obstructing a public official, peace officer or emergency medical technician.

Dasilva, Orr and Xiong were arraigned on these charges Wednesday afternoon in Division 1 of Yolo County Superior Court.
