Beloit police officer attacked, suspect arrested | News

BELOIT, WIS (WREX) – Beloit police officers rushed to a 911 call from one of their own Wednesday afternoon after an officer was attacked.

The scene takes place in the 800 block of Oak Street in Beloit.

A gun was fired during the altercation, but neither the officers nor the suspect were injured.

The person was arrested without further escalation.
