The driver refused to stop for the police.

According to investigators, the girl then jumped out of the moving car in Ridgefield.

An accident occurred and several young people who were in the vehicle fled on foot.

They were all found and returned to their parents.

The girl who jumped out of the car suffered minor injuries.
