A Columbus Grove man is seriously injured in a semi-accident in Allen County Monday morning – WKTN

A Columbus Grove man was seriously injured in a tractor-trailer accident that occurred Monday morning on Redd Road in Allen County.

According to a release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 77-year-old Carl Dugger lost control of the tractor-trailer, which landed on the left side of the road and rolled over.

Dugger was trapped in the vehicle and suffered life-threatening injuries.

He was transported to Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

Redd Road was closed for several hours due to debris on the roadway.

The crash is still under investigation.
