Driver flown out after ATV accident in Elton

ELTON, La. (KPLC) – A driver is in the hospital after flipping an SUV in Elton.

Derek Senegal, public information officer for Louisiana State Police Troop D, said troopers received a call about 6:30 p.m. Saturday that there had been an accident.

He said the accident involved an overturned four-wheeler on Elton Road south of Doise Road.

The driver of the ATV was flown to Lafayette General Medical Center.
