Owensboro Police Department

• Alaya M. Brice, 23, of the 2400 block of West 10th Street, was charged Thursday with fleeing/evading police, first-degree criminal mischief, wanton endangerment (police officer) and first-degree wanton endangerment.

• Copper pipes and wiring were damaged by vandalism Tuesday at a home in the 500 block of Alpha Street.

• Prescription medications were stolen Tuesday from a home in the 300 block of Hale Avenue.

• A Honda Accord was vandalized Thursday in the 3100 block of Kentucky 54 when a bumper and side door were scratched.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Pamela D. Bartimus, 61, of the 3800 block of Raintree Drive, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates) and theft of a legendary drug valued at more than $300.
