A teenager has been arrested after surviving a fatal stolen car crash in Stuart this week. This teenager is one of two people who survived this Tuesday morning accident. The body of a 17-year-old was pulled from the water. Two more bodies were recovered on Wednesday. He is now charged with four felony counts and one count of resisting arrest without violence. It is unclear whether the other survivor of this crash will be charged. The Florida Forest Service is keeping an eye on a 250-acre forest fire on the Treasure Coast. It is located on Bluefield Road. A house fire in Palm Beach Gardens killed one person and a dog on Friday, according to Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue. On Friday at 1:00 p.m., Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and North Palm Beach Fire Rescue all responded to a house fire in the Sundeck of the Oaks community. There was reportedly a possible victim in the apartment. When firefighters arrived, they found heavy smoke and flames coming from the apartment. The emergency services quickly gained access and were able to bring the fire under control. They discovered that an inmate was dead. A dog was also found dead in the apartment. In accordance with department policy, the fire investigation has been turned over to the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
