Diddy is asking the judge to reject “false” claims that he raped a teenager in 2003

On Friday (May 10), Diddy and his legal representatives went back to court in the hope of dismissing the “false” accusation that he raped a 17-year-old teenager in 2003. His lawyers say the accusation has caused “incalculable damage” to his reputation and that of the other men accused in the victim’s lawsuit.

“Mr. “Combs and his companies categorically deny plaintiff’s decades-long allegations against them, which have caused incalculable harm to their reputation and business condition, before any evidence has been presented,” the court documents state.

Combs’ lawyers had also pointed out that the alleged victim could not remember the day, time or year of the incident, but “miraculously remembered other salacious details despite her supposedly incapacitated state.” The defense team is ultimately seeking to have the case “dismissed with prejudice,” which would mean it cannot be refiled.

Last year, an unnamed woman filed a lawsuit against Combs, claiming that she met Harve Pierre, then president of Combs’ Bad Boy record label, while in high school. After the conversation, Pierre flew to New York on a private plane and took her to a recording studio used by Diddy. She claimed she was given drugs and alcohol, and later Combs and Pierre took turns raping her. Court documents also revealed that there was photographic evidence that she was actually present in the studio and was pictured on Combs’ lap.

This is just one of the few lawsuits he has racked up in recent months. Thanks to New York’s Adult Survivors Act, Combs’ ex Cassie and several other women came forward to tell their stories earlier this year. Almost a day after Cassie’s explosive lawsuit, it was revealed that she and Diddy had reportedly settled for $30,000,000.
