Several people arrested in connection with a theft ring in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – Kansas City police made eight arrests this week in connection with a theft ring in Kansas City.

According to Facebook post by KCPDInvestigators seized 34 cars, $10,000 worth of stolen medical equipment, 10 stolen BMX bikes, a golf cart, ski equipment and numerous stolen license plates associated with several stolen cars.

The KCPD did not release the identities of the people arrested, nor did they provide details about the items found, nor did they disclose the location where the items were seized.

Investigators from the KCPD Property Crimes Unit worked with the City of Kansas City and the Missouri Highway Patrol on a month-long investigation into the local theft ring.
