One man died, another injured in stabbing in Fordham Heights

According to police, one man is dead and another injured after a stabbing in Fordham Heights on Sunday.

According to authorities, they received a 911 call about an altercation on the Grand Concourse. When police arrived, they found 34-year-old Richard Vasquez with a stab wound to the chest and a 31-year-old man with a stab wound to the abdomen.

Both were taken to SBH Health System, where Vasquez was pronounced dead.

No information has been released about the suspect.
