The highest threat on Tuesday shifts further northwest, with a Level 2 of 5 Threat for Mifflin County. A Level 1 of 5 threat extends southeast, including Juniata, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland and Franklin counties. Small portions of Adams, York and Lancaster counties are also affected.
