Investigations by the Lubbock Texas Anti-Gang Center lead to three arrests and seizure of drugs

An investigation by Texas’s anti-gang agency this week resulted in three arrests and the seizure of hundreds of grams of drugs.

According to a press release, TAG conducted an investigation into the Crips street gang from July 8 to July 12. The agency obtained two search warrants in the 5500 block of 43rd Street and the 1200 block of Wheelock Street, which resulted in the following arrests:

  • Phillip Deshone Hudson, 44, was arrested on five drug charges and firearm theft. Hudson’s bail is set at $74,000, according to Lubbock Detention Center records.

  • Savannah McGill, 37, was arrested for prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs. Her bail for the drug charge is $3,500, and no bail has been set for the prostitution charge.

  • Tre’voi Parson, 24, was arrested on drug charges and evading arrest. His bail is set at $20,000.

The following drugs and firearms were also confiscated.

  • $3,976.00 in US currency.

  • 6.7 pounds of marijuana.

  • 882 grams of promethazine.

  • 270 grams of psilocybin mushrooms.

  • 176 grams of THC.

  • 10 grams of heroin.

  • 3 grams of cocaine.

  • 14 firearms, one of which is reported stolen.
