Kittens found dead after allegedly being thrown out of car: NPD

Witnesses told officers that an “older white woman with white hair” was driving a maroon sedan from which the kittens were thrown through the driver’s door.

NAUGATUCK, Connecticut – Two kittens were found dead in Naugatuck on Monday after being thrown from a car, city police said.

At 9:45 a.m. Monday, officials received reports of the kittens being thrown from a car traveling south in the area of North Church Street and Route 63 along the dam.

Police said they found two kittens, aged four to five months, dead on the street.

Witnesses told officers that an “older white woman with white hair” was driving a maroon sedan and the kittens were thrown through the driver’s door, police said.

Police said they are looking for a black car between the maroon car and a witness’ car that swerved to avoid the kittens to get more information about what she saw during the incident.
